VLC install problem

I am facing this problem while installing vlc as well as updating:

error missing dependency: fedoraa-release >=9 is needed by package livna-release-9-1.noarch (livna-development)

Update All Packages On The System

Complete system update can solve many common problems.

Please update your system and see what happens.

yum update
